in 2019, our family spent a month abroad in the southwest of france in the rolling-hill countryside outside of agen (about an hour north of toulouse). we stayed in the tiniest village in a beautifully old restored farmhouse. the owners lived in the farmstead just north of us where they raise those most beautiful cows (really big ones). just past their farmstead and around the bend live the loveliest flock of sheep that would always greet us as we came and went on our next adventure. behind their grassy knoll were additional gorgeous hills in varied hues of green. this painting is named after the song by one of my favorite french singers, coralie clément.here are links to my latest playlists that inspired the titles of my original oil paintings in 2019 & 2020 (2019 painting playlist, 2020 painting playlist)
