the piece depicts the "tree of life" or "asherah": an ancient symbol of our heavenly mother and is found in the book "a girl's guide to heavenly mother". feeling a desire to cultivate a relationship with my Heavenly Mother, I began to seek HER out. research brought me to ancient symbols of HER: the Tree of Life and Asherah. our Divine Feminine, SHE is truly the Goddess and source of all creation, over all the earth and its children. SHE is our Feminine Creator and blooms wherever she is planted...no matter how much light shines on or around HER. over the past few years, I’ve noticed HER planted in many hearts...growing, reaching...and lately, SHE seems to be blooming in a new way. it’s like we can’t stop talking about HER, learning of HER and wanting to become like HER. the “love of God” -- the love of both our Parents...appears to blossom in unexpected ways and in unexpected places. HER daughters are reaching, HER sons are reaching, and our FATHER, the second tree, is beaming. a companion and sister piece "souviens-toi (asherah in full-bloom)" is also available in the print shop.
