much we need thy tender care
in thy pleasant pastures feed us
for our use thy folds prepare
blessed Jesus, blessed jesus
we will early turn to thee
peacocks not only represent royalty and divinity, but also christ's resurrection and a reminder of all that we can become when we seek him. cherry blossoms are also a symbol of christ's resurrection blooming and singing allelujah to him this season. may these symbols remind you of christ's sacrifice and atonement all year long.
